The owners of this condominium are a young couple with an exceptional sense of style and a clear vision — a sleek black-and-white kitchen that is visually striking while remaining highly functional to support their love for cooking.

The original kitchen layout was compact and uninviting. To improve practicality and circulation, a high island was introduced to provide additional storage while subtly screening the stove from the entrance. Acting as a gentle divider between the kitchen and dining area, the island defines space without enclosing it and is accessible from both sides to encourage natural movement.

The living area was kept minimal and furnished with flexible, loose pieces to allow adaptability over time. The result is a highly functional yet aesthetically refined living and dining space that reflects the couple’s contemporary lifestyle.
